• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank.
• jili0games does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili0games bears no responsibility.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your jili0games account is subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. jili0games does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension & Termination

jili0games reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request by the player to close their own account, including self-exclusion requests.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
